GRAN RESERVA | Character and elegance. Genuine cava.

Alcohol content: 11,5% vol.
Total acidity (tartaric): 5,9 g/l.   
Sugar: 0,50 g/l.
Dry extract: 15,90 g/l.

 

 

 

Appearance: Light bright golden colour with green hues. Slow-evolving fine small bubbles with bead and crown.
Aroma: Delicate ageing aroma with butter and toasted notes against a background of ripe fruit.
Finish: Widely developed flavour with very well-integrated bubbles. The ageing notes blend with the ripe fruit and the toasted and nutty nuance. Wide, long and persistent aftertaste.
Food pairing: As an aperitif. Also goes well with Iberian ham, cold cuts, seafood, fish and meat in sauce, rice, poultry, meat and semi-cured cheese.
Serve at 6 to 7 °C

Macabeu 38%, Xarel·lo 28% and Parellada 34%.
