Drink first the cava with the oldest disgorgement date. Check always the date. It guarantees that the cava is in optimum condition.

Storage:

Temperature 14ºC +/– 2º
Humidity 70%
No light
No vibrations

At home, keep in a room with no significant temperature fluctuations.
Keep in the box to protect it from light and sudden temperature changes.

How to serve

Serve at 6 - 8ºC.
Cool slowly. Ideally, in ice and water (it reaches optimum temperature in 30 minutes).
Do not cool in the freezer.
The glass should be smooth (tulip type). Only fill up to 2/3.
